“Her research endeavors encompass an exploration of novel interdisciplinary dialogues and emerging conceptual frameworks within the realm of spatial studies. This pursuit is characterized by a unique approach that emanates from a deep-seated belief in the profound role architecture and design play as potent vehicles for scrutinizing and providing commentary on the intricacies of social, economic, and political phenomena. Within this framework, art in its contemporary and historical manifestations assumes an indispensable touchstone, while a particular emphasis is placed on the seamless integration of diverse artistic disciplines. The resulting body of work exhibits a discernibly architectural essence, frequently transcending conventional boundaries and engendering a symbiotic relationship between architecture and art. Continuously endeavoring to forge intricate connections across various realms of artistic and architectural expression, her practice converges at the confluence of discipline, identity, narratives, and design.”
“My personal experience as an architect diverges from the prevailing perception held by others, which often characterizes architecture as a form of sculpture or art. Instead, I perceive the essence of architecture to lie primarily in the provision and discovery of spaces that cater to the profound needs of individuals, spaces that foster emotional growth, personal development, and a sense of security, while also facilitating the effective functioning of interpersonal relationships. In my view, the role of the designer assumes a pivotal significance as a mediator between a society that incessantly craves and necessitates change, and the powerful economic, social, and political forces at play. The essence of our contemporary era lies in the realm of intuition, and accordingly, my objective is to fashion an intermediary realm that embraces unexpected and radical amalgamations, allowing for the convergence of disparate elements.”
